Andriy Lychuk
CEO
A founder and an irreplaceable leader of the M.I.F. Projects. Expertise in the field of software development since 2000. Responsible for general management of the company and solving customers’ critical business challenges. He is bright and energetic, passionate about his goals and innovative in the way he achieves them. Andriy holds a Master's Degree in Software Programming and a Master's Degree in Accounting and Strategic Management, both from Kirovograd National Technical University. His inspiration comes from his young daughter and beautiful wife. In his free time Andriy enjoys reading and playing volleyball; traveling and discovering new cultures and places is his obsession.
William H. Tate
MIF North American Director
William serves as our North American marketing and liaison software development operations director. He works and lives globally but focuses mainly between USA and Ukraine. He is our most active American project expansion partner.William became our client for his software development project. His innovative and bold initiative will create the first ever VISUAL personal financial software for the Americans. He has radically collaborated with our MIF team to build and expand illustration based software from the ground up. He has excelled as a business leader, financial adviser, and a multiple project director since 1986.
Eugeniy Loiy
Project's Lead
Eugeniy Loiy has a varied background, including software development in C/C++, Qt, 3ds Max API, Python, Java, Hibernate ORM the list may be continued. He's one of the best developers who anticipates headaches that other developers never think of, and does everything within his power to avoid them. Being able to see the impact of present-day decisions is paramount for him in building great software. It's a great pleasure having Eugeniy Loiy as a part of our M.I.F. Projects' team and a Project's Lead.
Anatoliy Guts
Project's Lead
Anatoliy Guts is a Project's Lead and a software developer who has worked for M.I.F. Projects since the company was formed and made an inestimable contribution to the company's growth. Anatoliy has a Master's Degree in System Programming. His background is C++, C#, ASP.NET, Javascript (using JQuery UI framework), Dynamic HTML, Python, Django, Spring.net framework (Spring IOC, Validation, AOP) and it's not the completed list of his knowledge. He's a great software developer who does have an amazing attention to details which results in accurate and perfectly done job. He's a devoted professional with a good-natured character and healthy sense of humor. During his leisure time Anatoliy enjoys reading fantasy, science fiction and solving tricky maths tasks.
Sergeiy Demchenko
Project's Lead
Sergeiy Demchenko is an invaluable member of our team and a great software developer. He has successfully worked on over 8 projects which brought him to the Project's Lead position. Sergeiy holds a Master's Degree in Computer Systems and Networks and is a specialist in C++, C#, ASP.NET, SQL (MySQL, MSSQL) & Database design, Php, Javascript and many more. He has the gift to think down the road during development and is an expert at finding points of failure. The ability to be disciplined, develop and adhere to a long-term plan makes Sergeiy an excellent software developer. Outside the working field Sergeiy enjoys going in for sports, particularly taekwondo and swimming. Playing WOW is one of his small weaknesses!
Mikhail Tsishevkiy
System Administrator
Mikhail Tsishevkiy is an update-hardened System Administrator who makes project deploys smooth and sharp-cut. His main skills are Linux and Windows servers configuration. Web servers (Apache2, nginx, lightty, Tomcat), databases (MySQL, MSSQL, PostgreSQL), backup servers (Bacula), continuous integration servers (Jenkins, Cruise Control), monioring systems (Nagios, munin) security and firewalls configuration. He works with a special focus on verification and security. Outside the office life Mikhail loves spending time with his wonderful wife and exploring outdoors on his bicycle. He's obsessed with reading and absorbing useful information and knowledge from the world around.
Ann Pankovskaya
Designer
Ann Pankovskaya is M.I.F. Projects' creative mind and aesthetic examiner. She's an excellent specialist in 2d graphics (Adobe Photoshop, Coral Draw), characters' sketches, interface design and applications. She is the one who puts our ideas, beliefs and thoughts into clear, vivid, functional and appealing objects. Her artistic sensibility and creativity are limitless. Ann has a Master's Degree in Arts and most of her free time devotes to painting pictures, decorating and designing buildings and making the world around her brighter.
